Roman Brunner is an experienced entrepreneur and recognized expert in business transitions and personal transformation. With over three decades of success in high-stakes industries, he is dedicated to fostering both professional and personal growth.

Roman’s career began in the Swiss hospitality industry in the early 1980s, where he learned the fundamentals of excellence and service. In the late 1980s, he shifted to global IT services, setting a new course for his career.

Throughout the 1990s, Roman held senior executive roles at a Fortune 500 NYSE-listed IT services company, living and working across Europe, the UK, and the USA. This global experience gave him valuable insights into cross-cultural leadership and operational efficiency, which would serve him well in his entrepreneurial ventures.

In the early 2000s, Roman co-founded and invested in a European software company, leading it through acquisitions. He later acquired and grew an international cybersecurity company, achieving a significant exit by selling it to a market leader. His expertise in post-acquisition integration and go-to-market strategies solidified his reputation in managing complex business transitions.

With over 35 years as a senior executive, founder, investor, CEO, and board member, Roman has developed deep expertise in both organizational and personal change. His 20+ years of active membership in YPO (Young President’s Organization), where he served in various chapter roles, further honed his leadership and facilitation skills. As a YPO forum moderator, he built strong relationships with global leaders, offering guidance and support.

Most recently, Roman founded Roman Brunner Advisory Services, a consultancy focused on guiding individuals through personal transformation and businesses manage transitions. His strategic insight and leadership help clients navigate change with clarity.

Roman's broad professional experience, global perspective, and dedication to unlocking human potential have made him a sought-after advisor. Fluent in German (his native language) and English, Roman also converses in  Italian and French, reflecting his multicultural background from his upbringing and education in Switzerland.

Roman divides his time between Switzerland and Tuscany, where he lives with his wife, Gabriela. Their three grown children are pursuing careers worldwide. An avid outdoorsman, Roman enjoys hiking and skiing, and has a passion for cooking, bringing family and friends together to enjoy the culinary traditions of the regions he calls home.
